A separate credit account for cTrader Brokerage Companies

The cTrader platform continues to gain popularity among broker startups, and we continue to add features for our clients to work conveniently with it.

Bonuses remain an important part of the marketing and loyalty programs of brokerage companies, and UpTrader has already added 4 bonus programs into cTrader platform. For the clients convenience, we have divided accounts into two types: “live” - with real funds and credit - with bonus funds. This division allows for a better understanding of the ratio of real and bonus funds in the trading accounts. Moreover, bonus funds will still contribute to the formation of trading volume. However, now a broker can choose to which account to credit the bonus funds.

Recall that some time ago we added to the partner report the ability to exclude bonus funds when calculating rewards from trading volume. To enable this feature, go to the admin section, to the reports section, and check the "reduce trading volume in proportion to received bonuses" option.

Minor adjustments in CopyTrading Accounts

UpTrader’s CopyTrading Platform is an ideal solution for both beginners and experienced traders. While professionals gain an additional means to earn money, novices acquire the tools to profit from trading exchanges without any prior experience. It's a win-win!

To enhance user experience, we've streamlined the process of setting trading conditions. Now, for determining the MAM rewards percentage, the following is required:

  • The broker sets in their settings the maximum reward percentage they allow managers to receive.
  • The manager independently chooses their percentage within these set boundaries.

Previously, there was a default maximum reward of 50% for traders, and the process to modify this wasn't clear. Now, it's straightforward.

It's worth noting that UpTrader’s CopyTrading Platform has been honored with a prestigious award from ForexExpoAwards in 2021. This acclaim is largely due to its unique market solution where the service is fully integrated with a CRM system. This allows traders and investors to manage all their accounts and operations from a single trading room. While other similar copy-trading solutions in the market may have some integrations, they usually operate with a separate trading room, causing certain inconveniences.

New filters have been added to the Sales interface

The UpTrader team continues to work on enhancing the functionality of the Sales Department Module in UpTrader Forex CRM. The Sales Interface is the sixth and final module projected for the complete UpTrader Ecosystem for Brokerage companies. It will soon be available in a release for all clients. Currently, improvements are being made to the client profile and the sales manager management section. 

Quick filters, date filters, department filters have been added to the manager section. There's now the ability to create, delete, modify custom filters, and retrieve a custom filter. To get data on task performance by managers and current results, you can filter by a specific manager or group.

This is just a small part of the capabilities of the new module.

Click2Call Feature in the Sales Team Interface, set to launch in October 2023

We continue to introduce you to the features of the highly anticipated Sales Team Interface in Forex CRM - Click2Call. This tool will be invaluable for brokers who value the privacy of their clients' data. If there are concerns about misuse of clients' personal information or in any other situations, the Click2Call function allows the client's number to be concealed during a call.

How to activate Click2Call?

- In the administrative interface, go to the "Click2Call" section.
- Choose your telephone provider, for example, Voiso.
- Some providers, such as Voiso, require the use of an API token. Obtain this token from your provider and input it in the corresponding field.
- Next, navigate to "Staff management" where you can select managers you'd like to endow with this feature.
- Assign each manager a unique Extension number and grant them the rights to make calls using Click2Call.
- After entering the extension number, a "Call" column will appear in the client's card.To make a call, simply click on the phone icon, select the desired provider, and click "Submit".

Now, communicating with your clients has become even safer and more efficient!
