Assign statuses to clients in the Forex Sales Interface

We recently wrote that, for the convenience of filtering clients, we added in Forex CRM many tags such as date, language, KУС status, IB, and so on, including the ability to create your own. We are pleased to introduce a new feature: assign a client rating based on the results of the latest interaction with them. Currently, the rating is available according to three criteria: bad, normal, good. Depending on the rating, a colored stripe appears to the left of the client's name. Red indicates a negative outcome of the latest communication, green indicates a positive one, and yellow signifies an inconclusive result, suggesting another touchpoint might be needed. Such simple visualization will help sales managers work with the client database and tasks more quickly and efficiently, meaning managers will spend more time on prospective clients.
