Reassign clients who don't belong to you

When a company expands into new markets, it often happens that a client is assigned to a manager in the CRM who shouldn't be handling them.
For instance, this can occur if a client registers through an English-language landing page, but speaks Chinese and doesn't understand English. Or, when a company develops its affiliate network, an IB (Introducing Broker) client might be assigned to the wrong manager. This can lead to confusion in communication and in the calculation of bonuses and rewards.
To easily and swiftly address this issue, UpTrader CRM (Sales Interface) has incorporated the 'Reassign manager' feature. The manager or partner submits a request to reassign a client, and the decision to approve or reject lies with the leadership.
