UpTrader Introduces a Tag System for Optimized Client Management


UpTrader CRM is set to introduce a new feature soon—a tagging system that will significantly simplify the client filtration process and the assessment of their potential for effective interaction. This innovation will enable companies to approach client engagement more strategically.

Currently, customizable tags are being developed, allowing users to create individual tags and assign them to contacts. Future plans include introducing tags associated with client accounts, which will open up opportunities for grouping users based on various criteria and segmenting the client base.

For instance, it might work like this: a manager, visiting a contact's page, could easily assign a tag by clicking the edit icon next to the client's name and selecting one of the available tags in the system. The creation of personalized tags will be available only to users with administrator rights, while any employee can assign them.
